Michael Maass is a Director in IPM’s Minneapolis office. There, he manages global accounts, mentors internal staff and external clients, and trains people in stakeholder management/relationship building and executive presence.
Michael brings more than 25 years of experience in the medical device space and 32 years of professional experience. He has substantial experience with new product development, operational excellence, manufacturing, and program/project management.
With a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato, Michael also holds mini-master’s degrees in Total Quality Management and Manufacturing Engineering Systems from the University of St. Thomas. He holds several professional certifications in process improvement and operations, including Lean, Six-Sigma Black Belt, and APICS.
