Amber Monaghan is a Director at IPM, overseeing project management consultants and specializing in process excellence, optimization, and change management.
Since joining IPM in 2011, Amber has worked on a vast array of projects and clients in life sciences, healthcare, consumer products, and industrial products. Her diverse experience includes leading projects in change management, regulatory, commercialization, business technology, and portfolio management, among others. Amber co-leads both IPM’s Change Management Center of Excellence focused on business and process transformation and IPM’s Culture Connection, which drives internal camaraderie and growth.
Prior to IPM, Amber consulted for the U.S. Department of Defense, leading telecommunication projects and military compound redesigns. She served as a Sergeant in the United States Army and graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in Enterprise Systems Engineering. Amber is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB).
