Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. (IPM) has been named a 2022 Top Workplace in Chicago by the Chicago Tribune. IPM placed at No. 27 out of 105 companies in the small company division, comprised of those with less than 250 employees.
“Business is becoming increasingly transactional, so it’s crucial to continue to build caring relationships and provide meaningful opportunities,” says IPM President and CEO C. Richard Panico. “We’re gratified that our IPM family shares our values and believes doing so makes for a great place to work. They are always the ones who deserve the thanks and congratulations for this type of recognition.”
The Chicago Tribune partnered with human resources research and consulting firm Energage to survey employees of Chicago-area employers. Questions focused on culture elements such as company values, whether the work is meaningful, caring and supportive management, performance, and confidence in company leaders.
Some of the survey responses included:
- “I feel my contributions to the company are valued up through the levels of management all the way to the CEO.”
- “Everyone truly cares about each other.”
- “I feel like I can make a real-world impact.”
- “I get to work with the best group of people I have worked with in my career.”
The 2022 Top Workplaces in Chicago list was published in the Nov. 4, 2022, edition of the Chicago Tribune and in a special online section. The Energage Top Workplaces website features a profile of each listed company, including IPM.
