Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. (IPM) has been named a 2022 Top Workplace in Chicago by the Chicago Tribune. IPM placed at No. 27 out of 105 companies in the small company division, comprised of those with less than 250 employees.
“Business is becoming increasingly transactional, so it’s crucial to continue to build caring relationships and provide meaningful opportunities,” says IPM President and CEO C. The Chicago Tribune partnered with human resources research and consulting firm Energage to survey employees of Chicago-area employers. Questions focused on culture elements such as company values, whether the work is meaningful, caring and supportive management, performance, and confidence in company leaders.
