Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. (IPM) has once again received national recognition for its culture. As part of its Top Workplaces awards, national employee research firm Energage presents a series of Culture Excellence awards.
IPM received three awards in October:
- Employee Appreciation, which celebrates companies that have created a standout experience where employees feel recognized and valued for their achievements.
- Employee Well-Being, which recognizes organizations that put health and wellness at the center of their workplace culture.
- Professional Development, honoring companies that focus on developing their employees’ careers and professional growth.
These come on the heels of the four awards IPM received in April:
- Purpose & Values, which celebrates organizations that have successfully communicated the company mission and integrated those aspirations into the culture.
- Leadership, honoring organizational leaders who inspire confidence in employees and the company direction. They listen to what matters most to employees and use that insight in decision-making.
- Work-Life Flexibility, building a culture that enables employees to meet the demands of their personal lives while maintaining high performance.
- Compensation & Benefits, which goes to those that provide packages their employees believe are fair for the work being done and compared to others in the industry.
All Top Workplaces awards are based on quantitative employee feedback. Energage has captured current data from more than 23 million surveys at 70,000 organizations.
