Local Executives Gather at IPM to Share Insights

This Spring, Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. (IPM) was pleased to host an Executive Insight & Perspective-Sharing Summit at its Burr Ridge, IL, headquarters. Senior-level business leaders from across Chicagoland discussed ideas and observations with their peers on a variety of strategic and cultural topics.

“We were pleased to host the summit, and more so to be able to share insights and ideas with other executives,” says IPM Chief Financial Officer Timothy Czech. Czech planned the event and served as the Summit’s emcee. “The candid discussions and diverse perspectives gave everyone a lot to consider and surely some solutions to bring back to their colleagues.”

In a roundtable format, the participants talked about their observations, concerns, and experiences on the following topics:

  • The Hybrid Work Environment: The group discussed the ongoing evolution and complexities of hybrid working. They emphasized the need for adaptive strategies tailored to specific roles and business needs. Czech moderated this session.
  • Exploring AI & Emerging Technology: The conversation included strategic considerations and challenges businesses face in integrating artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies. The leaders stressed the need for a holistic approach that includes technological, security, and human factors. This session was led by Tope Sadiku, former Strategic Planning Leader – Strategy, Transformation, Agile & Digital Revolution, Kraft Heinz.
  • Culture: IPM President & CEO Richard Panico directed a discussion about the critical aspects of leadership, intentionality, clarity, feedback, and balance in cultivating and sustaining an effective organizational culture.

A short Post-Event Summary is available here.

IPM partnered with the Better Business Bureau of Chicago and Northern Illinois to plan the event. They wanted to bring like-minded executives together to collaborate on significant issues and build relationships. The group of 16 represented several industries, including healthcare, consumer products, utilities, and financial services.
