Andy Myslicki leads IPM’s Chicagoland Life Sciences industry consulting practice. In this role, he is responsible for the delivery of value-added consulting services that help IPM’s Life Sciences industry clients achieve their business objectives.
Andy has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of project management, engineering, and operations management, including more than 18 years of experience delivering solutions for a diverse portfolio of strategic projects for IPM’s biopharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostics clients. These projects include product development across the entire lifecycle, regulatory compliance (e.g., serialization compliance), quality improvements (e.g., product recall and remediation), major organizational change (e.g., mergers and acquisitions), establishing and improving enterprise project management capabilities, and selecting and implementing enterprise business technology systems.
Andy is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and a Master of Business Administration. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois.
