McKenzie Wessen is a Director in IPM’s Boston office, where she leads a team of project management consultants advancing the complex initiatives of companies within Life Sciences and other industries.
McKenzie has experience in program management and business development in a variety of industries including Life Sciences, employee benefits, industrial gas, and higher education. Her experience in pharmaceutical program management ranges from early discovery to late development and includes global regulatory submissions, mergers and acquisitions, and change management. She is passionate about building strong relationships for cross-functional communication and conflict management.
McKenzie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a concentration in Neuroscience from Colby College and a Master’s in Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Bentley University.
