Neil Domonkos is a Director in IPM’s Chicago office, where he leads a team of project management consultants and specializes in post-merger and -acquisition integrations.
With a background in the aerospace, industrials, life science, and consumer packaged goods industries, Neil has more than 20 years of diverse leadership experience in M&A, operations, and turnarounds. He joined IPM in 2015 as a Project Management Consultant after years of leadership roles in the military and corporate management. He continues to serve as a Squadron Commander in the Ohio Air National Guard. Neil has led numerous post-acquisition integration engagements throughout his time with IPM and is a founding member of IPM’s M&A Center of Excellence, which focuses on realizing strategy based on deal rationale and the execution of successful integrations.
Neil earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, an MBA from John Carroll University and a master’s degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. He is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
