2016 is the first year IPM has been recognized as one of the 100 best in the “medium” companies category
Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. (IPM) was named to the 2016 Best Small & Medium Workplaces list by Great Place to Work®, as published in FORTUNE magazine. This is the seventh consecutive year (2010-2016) IPM has received this honor. IPM was recognized as one of the 100 best workplaces in the United States in the “medium” sized category.
IPM won this accolade based on its employees’ anonymous responses to an extensive survey about their levels of trust, pride, and camaraderie at work. Great Place to Work® reviewed the survey results of more than 52,000 employees from hundreds of companies in the ranking process. Among the findings from the study: trust fuels business performance. For example, the Best Small and Medium Workplaces enjoy roughly three times the revenue growth of their peers, even as they provide a better experience for their people.
Results from the survey are highly reliable, with a 95 percent confidence level and a margin of error of 5 percent or less. Companies with the highest employee ratings relative to comparable organizations were selected for the list. Those with fewer than 100 employees compete for placement on the 50 Best Small Workplaces list, and companies between 100 and 999 employees compete for placement on the 100 Best Medium Workplaces list.
“This is the seventh consecutive year that IPM has received this recognition. What I find most impressive and outstanding about this year’s recognition is that we are, for the first time, being recognized as a best medium-sized company,” said C. Richard Panico, IPM’s founder, president and CEO. “To have achieved the 49th place in this expanded grouping is no small feat and is a result of the hard work, dedication, perseverance, caring, and loyalty of our IPM family members, without whom this fantastic recognition would not be possible.”
Organizations named on the list see many benefits that include better financial performance, less employee turnover, higher levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty, more innovative and creative thinking, higher productivity, and enhanced public perception.
