Employee-centric culture earns IPM a spot among the best 100 best workplaces in the “medium” category
For the eighth consecutive year, Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. (IPM) has been named to the Best Small & Medium Workplaces list by Great Place to Work®, as published in FORTUNE magazine. The company was recognized as one of the 100 best workplaces in the United States in the “medium” sized category, and has made the Great Place to Work® list every year since 2010.
“It’s no coincidence that for the past eight years, IPM’s employee-centric business model has helped us land a spot on the Great Place to Work® list,” said C. Richard Panico, IPM’s founder, president and CEO. “While we appreciate the honor, we’re not surprised that our culture of putting our IPM family members first is also an excellent strategy for organizational success. IPM prides itself on hiring the best and making sure they know how valuable they are to the organization. It’s a strategy we plan to execute indefinitely as we head into our 30th anniversary year and beyond.”
The 2017 ranking considered 74,000 anonymous surveys from employees at hundreds of businesses in all sectors of the economy. IPM made the list based on its employees’ assessment of the camaraderie, leadership, fairness, rewards and career opportunities enjoyed by all in their workplace.
Outstanding small and mid-sized employers–as identified by their employees–typically enjoy increased employee retention, innovation, and good customer service—and are more likely to maintain a healthy organizational culture as they grow larger and more complex, according to research by Great Place to Work®.
