Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. (IPM) has once again been named one of the Best Places to Work in Consulting and Professional Services. The annual list, published by Fortune magazine with research partner Great Place to Work, ranks the top 25 large and top 30 small and medium firms in the United States.
The Great Place to Work study analyzes survey feedback representing more than 339,000 employees of consulting and professional services organizations. Employees evaluate their employers on 60 elements of their job, including belief that their work makes a difference and pride in their company’s impact on the community. (View IPM’s GPTW review.)
The article quoted an IPM employee, who said, “IPM attracts caring professionals who are passionate about their work and have a good work-life balance. I am confident that my management cares about me as a person and my career, which is not something that’s easy to find in the professional world.”
Research and consulting firm Great Place to Work produces several such rankings with Fortune. IPM is a certified GPTW company and has appeared on many of the lists they publish. For more information about Great Places to Work or its various employee-driven rankings, visit www.greatplacetowork.com.
This honor comes on the heels of IPM’s inclusion on the Best Places to Work in Chicago ranking from Crain’s Chicago Business, which is also heavily based on employee feedback.
