For the third year in a row, Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. (IPM) has been named among the Best Workplaces in Consulting and Professional Services. Produced by research firm Great Place to Work, the annual list ranks the top 25 large and top 35 small and medium firms in the United States. IPM was ranked 19 in the latter category.
The study is based on survey feedback from more than 357,000 employees of consulting and professional services organizations across the country. Employees respond to survey questions on more than 60 elements of their job, such as whether they believe that their work makes a difference and pride in their company’s impact on the community. The ranking is heavily weighted toward elements regarding trust in leadership and their ability to contribute.
