Integrated Project Management Company, Inc., has been named among the 2020 Best Workplaces in Chicago for the fourth year in a row. IPM rose in the ranking to No. 7 among small and medium companies.
Great Place to Work, which assembles the annual list, surveys employees about their work experience, how much they trust their employers, their ability to reach their full potential, and more. The Chicago ranking included data from 27,000 anonymous employee surveys. The complete ranking includes 80 companies: 40 large, or those with 1,000 or more employees, and 40 medium and small.
The data show that 95% of IPM employees say it is a great place to work. Among the other findings, 100% agree with the statement, “I believe management would lay people off only as a last resort,” and 99% of employees feel good about how IPM contributes to the community and that you are made to feel welcome when you join the company.
While the survey came before the COVID crisis, IPM leadership is confident that future survey responses will reflect the same culture of caring. “The thing that’s given us confidence in our ability to survive and even grow during the pandemic is knowing that everyone is doing everything they possibly can to maintain our quality and culture,” said Founder, President, and CEO C. Richard Panico. “We have trust in our people and have worked hard to ensure that trust is reciprocated.”
