Integrated Project Management Company, Inc., has yet another recognition to celebrate. The firm has been named among the 2019 Best Workplaces in Chicago by Fortune magazine and Great Place to Work. This is the third year in a row that IPM has made the list.
As it does for all its Best Workplaces studies, Great Place to Work surveys employees anonymously about their work experience, how much they trust their employers, their companies’ values, and more. For the Chicago list, about 19,000 people were surveyed. The ranking includes 55 companies: 30 large, or with 1,000 or more employees, and 25 medium and small.
The award validates IPM’s values-driven culture, which promotes family-centered caring, along with personal and professional growth. Employees enjoy balanced fulfillment in all areas of their lives, because they are challenged, given opportunities to grow, and treated fairly.
The recognition comes on top of the 2019 Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services and the Crain’s Chicago Business Best Places to Work in Chicago ranking.
