The Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. (IPM) team was among the winners of the fifth annual Spotlight Awards for Value and Excellence in Consulting by the international Association of Management Consulting Firms (AMCF). The awards are given to projects that best demonstrate how consulting teams add value to their clients’ organizations and society at large. IPM won in the Change Management category, marking the second time in three years that the company was recognized.
The winners were chosen by an independent panel of judges who assessed the quality of each submission and evaluated them against detailed selection criteria. This panel was comprised of distinguished leaders in business, journalism, academia, and government.
AMCF recognized IPM for its work with Chicago-based Rauland-Borg, a hospital equipment manufacturing company, in introducing a prioritization framework for their Project Management Office and leading improvements to the company’s product development and project management processes.
